Analysis of my masthead and why I decided on my final choice
UNDERGROUND
For my magazines masthead I chose the name ‘UNDERGROUND’. The main reason for this is because of the direct link between the name and the type of music the magazine focuses on which is non-commercial, new and upcoming genres such as ‘Grime’ and ‘Dubstep’ I also picked this one above the others i had brainstormed because of the bluntness of it, its short and sweet so people are more likely to remember it and put in the effort to read it, on top of this its simple, self explanatory nature made me believe it is a suitable masthead for my magazine.
